I'm very happy that you have chosen to visit this Web Site. However, the very best way to experience these sensual cheeses is to come and try them at the venues where they are sold. Cheese is a natural product that can be enjoyed by all your senses. You can see the colours, shapes and textures in all their variety. The cheese is displayed whole and cut to order. You will be offered a taste of any of the cheese you'd like to try. You'll certainly smell their aroma as soon as you walk through the door (long before you see them). Now touch, well for hygiene reasons this can only apply to cheese that you either taste or buy. |

On the first, third and fourth Saturday of each month I will be selling cheese at Cambridgeshire Fine Food Markets at the venues detailed below. On the second Saturday of each month, I will be at Fowlmere Village Hall, for their Farmer's Market. The market has been running for over a year now and is becomuing well used and successful. The market is run by volunteers and all payments received from stallholders are given to the Village Hall Fund. Fowlmere is off the A505 or the A10. The hall is on the 1st turning right, as you get into the village, if you are coming from the A505. |
This month I am launching online selling with Tilia. The Web Site is still under development at the moment, but you can order, if you wish. Please find it at www.onlywithtilia.com |

And finally, did you know that a neighbour of the makers of Dorset Red claims that if you listen carefully you can hear the sea. But if you don't believe that one, instead hear the sound of the cheese wire slicing through a whole hard rinded cheese - it's quite satisfying! |
